What information do we collect about you? 
Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We may process different kinds of personal data about you, which we have categorised as follows:

Contact Data: Including your address, delivery address, contact details for relevant employees in your organisation that deal with transport and logistics (For delivery and order processing purposes)

Financial Data: Details of employees within your organisation that deal with company financials. We may send your details to, and use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

Transaction Data: Including the details of the products and services purchased and the date, time and location of the sale and your purchasing activity.

How will we use the information about you? 
This Privacy Policy tells you what to expect when we collect and process personal information. For professional personal data (e.g. business related data) the legal basis for this is our legitimate interests, namely the control and maintenance of our website and business administration and the performance or creation of a contract between you and us. 

Should we decide to process any personal data for a purpose other than that for which it was collected, we will provide you with information on that other purpose and with any further relevant information before further processing.

 

Marketing 
As part of our ongoing Marketing Strategy, we may use your personal data from time to time to send you relevant information about new products or services which may be of interest to you.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp to manage our email marketing. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving our marketing emails, please click the link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. 

2) Social Media
We use a third-party provider, Buffer to manage our social media interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media, the message will be stored by Buffer. 3) Direct Mail / Sample Service
If you have requested a brochure or sample request, we will use the personal data provided to fulfil this request. The data used to process this request may be passed to a third party such as mailing provider or courier to complete the request. We will never sell or share your data with third parties to be used for marketing.

Complaints
When we receive a complaint from a person, we make up a file containing the details of the claim. Usually, this includes the identity of the complainant and any staff members involved in the complaint. We will only use the personal information we collect to process the complaint and to check on the level of service we provide. 

We usually have to disclose the complainant’s identity to whomever the complaint is about. If a complainant doesn’t want information identifying him or her to be published, we will try to respect that. However, it may not be possible to handle a complaint on an anonymous basis.
